2-C Brownie Model A box camera was manufactured by Eastman Kodak in Rochester

The photograph is in good vintage condition with signs of wear and staining

and a more noticeable small chip in the lower right front face of the inkwell

but a bit of handwriting in the opening pages dates it to the 1890s
